Finally Calling it Quits
Last week, one of our servicemen went over to this customer’s home to service the furnace for the season. The customer knew the unit was getting on it the years, and wanted to know if it was time to replace it. Our technicians gave it a good look over, and though the unit was well cared for, it was showing the signs of age. The technicians couldn’t guarantee that it would be good to run for the next season, and the customer decided that after years of reliable service it was finally time to retire this unit and purchase a new one. At Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning we encourage our customers to give us as much feedback as possible. We make follow up calls after services and have non-biased third party review companies send out surveys to the customers that have had a unit installed by Four Seasons. Through the information that we get back, both good and bad, we are able to make changes to the way that we conduct our day to day activities at Four Seasons.
A Satisfied Customer’s Feedback
We occasionally get letters back from satisfied customers that prove to us that all of this extra effort to satisfy our customers is well worth it in the end. One such letter came on July 16th from David W. in Channahon, Illinois. He complemented everything from our salesman, Walter’s ability to answer all of his questions to the fact that we were able to install his furnace and air conditioner on a Saturday.
