Chicago-July 6, 2009-Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning announced today that it received three distinctive honors including a prestigious customer Service Award, an “A+” rating from the new Better Business Bureau’s grading system and the Dave Lennox Award, the most prestigious business award given by worldwide heating and cooling manufacturer Lennox Industries Inc.

Four Seasons earned the customer service award which is only awarded to companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating throughout the past year.  Fewer than 5 percent of the companies meet the eligibility requirements to be considered for the award.  This is the 4th year in a row, that Four Seasons has been presented with this high profile distinction by this leading consumer review website and 5th year overall.

The company is also proud to announce it recently received an “A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau.  This distinction demonstrates that the company is operating in a trustworthy manner and upholding a hight level of service to its customers.  The “A+” rating was granted to Four Seasons as part of the new Better Business Bureau grading system designed to assist consumers in making better informed decisions on where to spend their hard-earned money.  The new letter grades replace the less detailed rating system of “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” and takes into account 17 weighted factors, using objective information and actual incidences of business behavior that have been verified and evaluated by BBB professionals.

Four Seasons also received the Dave Lennox award for quality and customer service.  Four Seasons, which is one of over 7,000 Lennox dealers across North America was selected for the award due to its standing as one of the top 25 heating and cooling dealers in North America and for its high standards for quality installation and service, as well as exemplary customer service.

It’s good to see that we still have good heating cooling and furnace repair companies here in Chicago, I had called Four Seasons Heating to come look at my furnace and tell me what was wrong with it, the furnace would start but no flame. I called the gas company and they said to call someone who repairs furnaces. When the furnace repair man from Four Seasons Heating was finished, the furnace runs great, it heats our home well and I think we will purchase a new energy star furnace. How often should I change my furnace filter and who should I use for that? Will my new furnace qualify for the 1500 energy tax credit?

I always tell people that your company is the best for heating and cooling. We have never had an issue when we call Four Seasons for service and just by reading these awards I can tell that you guys are the best hvac contractor for heating and cooling in the Chicago area. The prices for furnaces are great and furnace prices are the lowest I have ever seen for good quality furnaces.
