Four Seasons is dedicated to providing peace of mind and high quality in every stage in the process of choosing and purchasing equipment, but it does not stop there.  After an installation is complete, our follow up. This ASSURANCE of comfort and quality is what sets us apart.  We are happy to have Quality Control Supervisors return to your home at your convenience after an installation to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with the quality of the equipment you received both cosmetically and functionally.  Along with this visit, a confidential and brief survey is given for you to communicate your concerns directly to management of Four Seasons. This is done so that we can address any problems you may have with your experience, and we will stop at nothing to make you feel comfortable. We will also take your recommendations to learn how we can service you and future customers even better. However, this is just the first step on the road to a strong, long lasting and trustworthy relationship with your heating and cooling company.

Quality beyond the Sale

Every year we’ll offer a discounted price to clean and check your air conditioner in the spring and furnace in the fall to ensure that your equipment is and will continue to be running at its peak efficiency.  It doesn’t stop there.  If your equipment does malfunction no matter if its 2 AM or 2 PM, July 4th or Christmas Day our service department does not sleep!!  We’ll be there to fix your problem as soon as possible, day or night holidays and weekends included for no additional cost.
