During the winter season, many Four Seasons customers took advantage of the exceptional deals that we offered on the purchase of a new air conditioning system. Whether you had the unit installed on its own or with a new furnace, the system is not yet ready to operate this summer. Start-Up Tips!
This spring, Four Seasons has already begun scheduling in their customers for start-ups and tune-ups, and we figured that we would offer a few tips to keep in mind when scheduling your appointment:
- Temperature Matters: Scheduling your appointment early in the spring season may have its benefits, but it also comes with the possibility of weather complications. If the temperature is below 60 degrees, our servicemen will not be able to get accurate readings on your air conditioning system. If we were to perform the service despite this fact, your comfort and energy efficiency would be seriously compromised once summer actually arrived. So, though we will do everything in our power to schedule your appointment on a fair weather day, there are still changes that can’t be predicted.
- Schedule Early to Avoid Discomfort: The earlier you schedule your start up or clean and check the better. As the summer heat approaches, many homeowners will find themselves in a panic trying to schedule their start-ups and tune-ups, but with the heat comes an influx in the number of appointments we take here at Four Seasons. Yes we are still a 24 hour company and we guarantee our customers same day service, but why wait around in the heat for us to arrive when you can have the air conditioner ready and waiting for when you need it most. - Flexible Scheduling: Another perk of scheduling early is having your choice of when we come out. Early in the season our schedule is often wide open so you can find a day that doesn’t interfere with work or other leisure activities. The sooner you book the easier it will be to find a day that will work for you!

One thing I did notice, at the beginning of the cooling season this year prices of any Freon related repair seem to be less. Inflation may drive the cost of refrigerants up this year. We are hoping to get our entire customer base and all new customers up and going before this happens. At FOUR SEASONS ramping up the service department before the summer heat hits, means we are ready when the summer heat gets unbearable. We hope you take advantage of our service before inflation get out of hand.
