Don’t Settle for Less than the Best | Lansing, Lemont, Crestwood

Tuesday, February 7th, 2012

When you are looking for a new heating and cooling system or any HVAC services for that matter, choosing a heating and air conditioning company to rely on can seem like an overwhelming task. Flipping through the phone book alone will show you the vast number of companies out there to choose from, and not all of them are good. You can’t just choose anyone but the task alone will make you want to choose whoever you come across first. This could cost you hundreds if you make the wrong choice. Instead, ask yourself what you are looking for in your HVAC company.

Ask Yourself:

  • Does the Company have Award Winning Customer Service?: Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning has received several awards for our customer service ethic. For the second year in a row we recently received the Dave Lennox Award, and for the seventh year in a row we have been awarded a special service award from a leading consumer review website. When you treat your customers with the respect they deserve it is noticed, and you can benefit from this type of service as well when you choose Four Seasons.
  • Is the Company Top Rated with the BBB?: The Better Business Bureau investigates complaints made by consumers about various companies. They also look into potential scams that certain companies may be running. Based on what they find, they hand out report card- like ratings. Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning carries the highest rating that the BBB has to offer: an A+. (more…)

Friday, December 30th, 2011

This year flew by in the blink of an eye. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the return of tax credits for 2011, but as this year winds to a close, ask yourself, “Did you take advantage of these savings?” If you haven’t, you are about to miss out and some of the largest discounts the HVAC industry has ever seen! These discounts literally chop hundreds and in some cases thousands off of the price tag or a new furnace and air conditioner. However, in a day, this will all be over. Luckily, Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning is working through the night and the holiday to get you the new furnace or air conditioner for the best price possible.

Working Through the Night to Save You Money!

With all the stress that this season brings at times, it is no wonder the tax credits and rebates may have slipped your mind. Don’t fret! Four Seasons will do their best to accommodate your needs and get you the most money back in the little amount of time we have left! Don’t wait for the new year to find out you missed out on huge savings and get on the phone with Four Seasons today. You will be surprised by what we can do with 24 hours and a little elbow grease!

Holiday Service at No Extra Charge | Barrington, Hinsdale, Palos Hills

Thursday, December 22nd, 2011

The holiday season is hectic. You shop, plan parties, and cook for hours on end. You want everything to be perfect for the big holiday, and the last thing you need is a major furnace breakdown to get in the way of you and your family enjoying this season together in comfort. Unfortunately, hundreds of homeowners will find that come Christmas morning, the furnace has called it quits. This happens every year, and if it were to happen to you, what would you do? Would you know who to call? Would you fear having to pay outrageous fees for holiday service? If Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning was your HVAC contractor, you would have both someone to rely on in this emergency and someone that won’t charge you extra for service.

Always Available

Part of the Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning promise to our customers is that we will always be there! That is why we offer around the clock service 365 days a year! You cannot always control when the furnace or air conditioner will experience a breakdown, and just because the unit breaks down after business hours doesn’t mean you should have to wait to get it fixed. At Four Seasons you always talk to a live customer service representative no matter when you call, and that person will set you up for service no matter the time or the day. (more…)

How to Know What Service Your Furnace Requires | Berwyn, Hinsdale

Monday, October 24th, 2011

Now that the cold has returned, the call center at Four Seasons has been flooded with customers scrambling to get their maintenance check performed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they are not the only people wanting a technician out to their home. The emergency furnace repair calls have also begun, and as more and more people turn on their system, there will be more and more of a wait to have your cleaning performed. Having no heat in your home in Chicago is an emergency especially for the elderly and those with children. These calls must be our priority, and unfortunately, those that need their cleaning done may have to wait a few days.

Clean and Check or Emergency Service?

If you are looking to have a cleaning performed, your furnace should be working. This service is simply meant to keep the unit in its functional condition all winter long and to help the unit run more efficiently during that time as well. Although cleaning off certain parts may solve some problems you may have with the unit, a cleaning is not meant to be a repair. If the furnace doesn’t turn on when you start it up for the season, you fall under the title of “emergency service.” Don’t sit around in the cold waiting for a cleaning with a broken furnace! What you really need is a repair technician at your home today! We feel terrible when we arrive at a customer’s home for a cleaning only to find that they have gone a week without heat waiting for the maintenance check that won’t necessarily solve their problem. Start-Up the Summer Season! | Plainfield, Hoffman Estates, Joliet

Friday, April 8th, 2011

During the winter season, many Four Seasons customers took advantage of the exceptional deals that we offered on the purchase of a new air conditioning system. Whether you had the unit installed on its own or with a new furnace, the system is not yet ready to operate this summer. The snow and blistering cold of winter prevented our servicemen from properly filling and calibrating the refrigerant in your new system. Therefore you need to have us back out for an air conditioner start up as soon as possible!

Start-Up Tips!

This spring, Four Seasons has already begun scheduling in their customers for start-ups and tune-ups, and we figured that we would offer a few tips to keep in mind when scheduling your appointment:

  • Temperature Matters: Scheduling your appointment early in the spring season may have its benefits, but it also comes with the possibility of weather complications. If the temperature is below 60 degrees, our servicemen will not be able to get accurate readings on your air conditioning system. If we were to perform the service despite this fact, your comfort and energy efficiency would be seriously compromised once summer actually arrived. So, though we will do everything in our power to schedule your appointment on a fair weather day, there are still changes that can’t be predicted. (more…)
