Brian was great, he explained what was going on. He made suggestions on why it was unsafe to have repairs performed on our unit. The response time from sale to install was excellent. He offered to have the unit installed the same day. The installers were respectful to me and my property. I found Four Seasons in the local newspaper ads. I will definitely recommend Four Seasons to family and friends. Everything was done to my satisfaction.-Mae
