Bill Morris your employee was extremely helpful to me the night on February 5, 2004 when my boiler went dysfunctional. He was helpful, courteous and patient with me. I had to check with the credit card company repeatedly for credit approval on my account, before being able to place my order. Your staff came in the middle of the night and did a great job installing the new unit. Bill’s attitude, helpfulness, and guidance to me were outstanding.
