The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were excellent in cleaning the work area after installing my unit. I chose Four Seasons because they are available to work on Sunday’s for repair work and installation. Having Mike Morrison as a follow up was very valuable. He explained the functions of the thermostat and addressed any of my concerns. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.-Charles S
