The salesman that came out was excellent. He explained how the installation would go, the warranty and he set up an immediate installation. My furnace and air conditioner was installed the next day. The installers were very nice, informative and cleaned up. The installers were excellent in explaining to me about the system. The clean up the two guys did was excellent. I chose Four Seasons because of the best experience, quality of work and the quality of the systems. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.-Carmen D

I have just had the pleasure of doing business with your technician, Sylvester H., and feel compelled to drop you a note to tell you how proud you should be to have him represent your company.

After being told by another technician last week that he could not finds a problem with my furnace, Sylvester came out yesterday and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, ordered the part (which arrived at my door this morning via special messenger) returned and installed the part, thereby correcting the problem and leaving a happy customer. He was a perfect gentleman, very polite and professional, did a great job and left the furnace area spotless. He also did not try to sellme the store, i.e. things that I don’t need.

I have to tell you that over the years I’ve had a couple technicians that I prefer not return to my house for service or cleanings. But after dealing with Sylvester, I will most certainly “stick with Four Seasons“, recommend you to my neighbors and friends and keep you in mind when it’’s time to replace the unit.

I had to let you know how pleased I was to have your company, Four Seasons, clean my vents. I was very skeptical because I have received so many fliers offering the same service for $99. I talked to someone who used one of those companies. They were so sorry. Her entire family had bites all over from the mites that came out of their vents after the company left.  My vents were so clogged that air could not pass through them. I had no heat in my bathroom. I had to bring a small heater in every time I took a shower. Now the bathroom is nice and warm for bathing. It was worth every penny. I am so happy I called you!

Mike the salesman was very helpful. He didn’t pressure us and took time to explain everything. The response time was very good, better than I expected. The installers were very knowledgeable and they didn’t rush the job. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. The installers did a better job in cleaning than my wife would’ve done. The Four Seasons rep made a good presentation. Five companies came out to my home and didn’t explain half of what the Four Seasons representative did. I have already referred Four Seasons to my neighbor across the street and they also bought an air conditioner from Four Seasons. Everyone did a good job. Angela who set up the Quality Control , to Tom the inspector are all really nice people.

My salesman was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done. He explained how much time it would take to complete the job and the entire financial cost. The installers showed up on the time that we agreed on. They worked long hours to make sure I had heat that night and made sure everything was working properly. They explained the operation of the unit to my satisfaction. Before they left they cleaned up and removed all debris from the premises. The installers were very professional and efficient.
