The salesman was good and very knowledgeable. He was patient and informed me on all I needed to know about the purchase of a new system. The came out the same day to install my unit. The installers were very respectful of me as well as my property. The installers explained the operation very well so that I understood the functions of my furnace once they were gone. I chose Four Seasons because they were a 24 hour company and I checked with the BBB on their reputation. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. Everything is good with my system.
