The salesman that came out was excellent. He explained how the installation would go, the warranty and he set up an immediate installation. My furnace and air conditioner was installed the next day. The installers were very nice, informative and cleaned up. The installers were excellent in explaining to me about the system. The clean up the two guys did was excellent. I chose Four Seasons because of the best experience, quality of work and the quality of the systems. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.-Carmen D

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. My air conditioner was installed the same day four hours later when it was 102′ outside. The installers were very polite and respectful while in my home. I don’t know how they were so nice in all that heat. The installer explained the thermostat, air vent and drain to me before leaving. They left the area they worked in spotless. I was recommended to Four Seasons by a previous customer and friend. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. Walter with the quality control inspection was extremely helpful. He fully explained answers to the questions I had. Everything he said made sense. Four Seasons will be called for my furnace cleaning.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. I waited two days for my equipment to be installed. The installers were very respectful of me and my home. The installers explained the operation of the new air conditioner and furnace to me and I understood the operations. They did a job well done with cleaning the work are when they were done. I learned of Four Seasons from a friend. I chose Four Seasons because the size of the company and they are very reliable. I know I will refer them to family and friends. Your employees were very efficient. I worked in customer service for 35 years and I’m good at judgement. The woman and employees over the phone were very helpful.

The installers were very respectful and explained everything to me very well. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done with the installation. My salesman Dave K was very knowledgeable. He left everything in writing for me so I could make my decision. It made it easier for me to compare with other estimates I had from other companies. The installers were very polite,and they even knocked on the door before entering the house from the basement. They explained the operation of the system, and they left the manuel with instructions on the thermostat, air conditioner and furnace. The installers were very through and laid down tarps and cleaned up very well that we didn’t have evidence of them being here. I found out about Four Seasons through ads, mailers and different advertisements. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

Toby Miles was the salesman that came to my home. He was not pushy into making a sale. He was very respectful and helpful with me making my decision. The installation of my air conditioner was able to take place the day after Toby sold me the unit. The installers were very nice and respectful. They were very quiet and got the job done in a great manner. They explained the operation and placement of the unit very well so that I understood how to operate the system. The installers cleaned up everywhere that they worked, which was very nice. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

Our salesman Dave K was spectacular! He explained all options to us. Dave is the reason we chose to go with Four Seasons. The installers just topped it off because they came out and were so polite and respectable. The installers explained the placement of the furnace and air conditioner and also left me a brochure on the thermostat in case I needed a reference. The salesman was very good and did a excellent job with selling me the furnace. They were able to come out the very next day. The installers and salesman were very respectful when they came out to my home. When the installers were done installing the furnace they cleaned everything up. I decided to use Four Seasons again because of their reputation. I’ve had an air conditioner installed by Four Seasons in th past. I will continue to tell friends and family about the company. Nothing else could’ve been done any better. my service and installation went very well.
