He said he was going to replace his furnace and air conditioner, he told me he had a man from Lennox coming to his house to show the units and satisfied and he also purchased it and he is very pleased with it. Friday, December 24th, 2010I just had a central air installed in my 1962 ranch home that had never had central air. I also had the furnace replaced at the same time. Just want to say how happy I am with the installation and the two men who performed the work, Nate and Josh. The work was outstanding, and these guys are professional, hardworking and friendly. I’m impressed. Please thank them for me.
Also, I just had the city of Des Plaines Building and Code Enforcement rep out here to do the final inspection and when he saw the “Four Seasons Heating and Air” sticker on the furnace, he said “ Well I know it’s done right then.” Nice endorsement.

I wanted to take out the time to commend the two technicians who recently installed my Lennox central air conditioner and furnace in my home. It is very rare that I feel compelled to write a letter such as this. In fact I never have. But the service that my son and I received was so outstanding that I felt it deserved to be brought to the attention of the company.
Ruben and Alex arrived within the allotted time, introduced themselves and immediately set about their work. They took care to protect my carpeting and walls, which I greatly appreciate. They were polite when asking questions and responding to our questions with courtesy. They worked for 5 hours and never stopped for any reason.
I am very happy with our new furnace and central air, and if all your technicians are like Ruben and Alex, would recommend your company highly. In fact I have.
