The salesman was very helpful. He was professional throughout the time he was at my home. The installers were very respectful while in my home. The installers were very professional and polite. The installers did a good job explaining the function and operation of my furnace. They cleaned up very nice once they completed the installation. I chose Four Seasons because of their free estimates, multiple furnace options, availability and warranties.I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends because they were profession and on time.

I have just had the pleasure of doing business with your technician, Sylvester H., and feel compelled to drop you a note to tell you how proud you should be to have him represent your company.
After being told by another technician last week that he could not finds a problem with my furnace, Sylvester came out yesterday and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, ordered the part (which arrived at my door this morning via special messenger) returned and installed the part, thereby correcting the problem and leaving a happy customer. He was a perfect gentleman, very polite and professional, did a great job and left the furnace area spotless. He also did not try to sellme the store, i.e. things that I don’t need. (more…)

The service technician was very knowledgeable. He explained to me that my furnace needed to be shut down and it was unsafe to operate. I felt grateful that my family was safe. They came out the next day and the service man offered to leave us space heaters until my new furnace was installed. The installers were very hard working and easy to talk to. I was happy to have them in my home. The installers did a great job cleaning their work area once they were done. I learned about Four Seasons through advertisements. I will recommend Four Seasons to family and friends.

My salesman was great, he explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. The installers were at my home with my new furnace within 24 hours. The installers were very respectful of me and my home and finished the installation within four hours. They took their time in explaining everything I needed to know about my new furnace. The installers did a perfect job cleaning everything before they left. I chose Four Seasons because they are close to my home and they have 24 hour care service. I will recommended Four Seasons to family and friends. Keep up the good work and keep being consistent.

The salesman that came to my home was excellent. Whatever it was I wanted to know, he answered. The installers were very respectful. They covered their shoes and answered me with “yes ma’am”. They explained the operation to me so that I could understand. They did a good job of cleaning the work area before they left. I heard of Four Seasons in the Sun Times newspaper. Four Seasons came out the same day my furnace went out . You put my new system in the next day which was very good. I’ve already told friends about how good you are.-Sharon A

The man who came to my house to do the estimate was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and when my husband and I decided to do the work, Four Seasons was who we used. I recently hired Four Seasons to install insulation in my attic. My wife and I noticed that several of our rooms in the house were colder than others.
