I have just had the pleasure of doing business with your technician, Sylvester H., and feel compelled to drop you a note to tell you how proud you should be to have him represent your company.

After being told by another technician last week that he could not finds a problem with my furnace, Sylvester came out yesterday and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, ordered the part (which arrived at my door this morning via special messenger) returned and installed the part, thereby correcting the problem and leaving a happy customer. He was a perfect gentleman, very polite and professional, did a great job and left the furnace area spotless. He also did not try to sellme the store, i.e. things that I don’t need.

I have to tell you that over the years I’ve had a couple technicians that I prefer not return to my house for service or cleanings. But after dealing with Sylvester, I will most certainly “stick with Four Seasons“, recommend you to my neighbors and friends and keep you in mind when it’’s time to replace the unit.

The salesman that came to my home was excellent. Whatever it was I wanted to know, he answered. The installers were very respectful. They covered their shoes and answered me with “yes ma’am”. They explained the operation to me so that I could understand. They did a good job of cleaning the work area before they left. I heard of Four Seasons in the Sun Times newspaper. My air conditioner was installed the same day four hours later when it was 102′ outside.  The installers were very polite and respectful while in my home. I don’t know how they were so nice in all that heat. The installer explained the thermostat, air vent and drain to me before leaving. They left the area they worked in spotless.
