Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012I was greatly pleased on how fast a service tech came to my house. I called after 10:00pm on a Saturday night. It was very cold and I have my 88yr old mother who is on oxygen living with me and my wife. I am glad they came out and fixed the problem within hours. I had a complete new furnace installed.
