I wanted to start by thanking or Technician Kevin S. for comming over late last night to help diagnose our Furnace. It was about 10pm on a saturday, he was geniune and was trying to find what unit would best suite our budget. Later when we decided what unit we wanted your 2 Techs, Jerry and his partner (i cant recall his name), worked for 6hrs straight installing our heating unit in one of the coldest nights of the season this year.
All 3 gentleman were extremely polite, Very Friendly and we felt that we had been helped to the fullest!!
I cannot Thank them or Your company more for the service that they have provided!!!
We will definelty recommend your services to all of our friends and family!

My salesman explained everything I needed to know about the furnace. He gave me helpful information I needed to make my decision. The timing to have my furnace installed wasn’t long at all. The two gentlemen were very respectful and polite. They did a great job cleaning and making sure they didn’t leave anything behind. I called Four Seasons for the 1st time because my furnace went out and they were at my home in a hour. Everything from start to finish was done perfect.

I received a very good experience with the salesman from Four Seasons. The came out the week after and installed my furnace. The installers made sure they put down tarps and covered their feet before they entered my home. They did a good job explaining the operation of the furnace, how to program and work the thermostat and the changing of the batteries. I was referred to Four Seasons by a friend. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. Four Seasons did a job well done.

The salesman was so great that he answered all of our questions before we could even ask. The installation didn’t take long and we were happy the way things were scheduled. The installers were very polite, clean and very pleasant. They were just super, explaining the operation and placement of the system.You would’ve even known that they did work here. They left everything so clean and neat when they left. I’ve seen Four Seasons advertisements on T.V , I’ve seen the trucks in the area and friends have told me about the company. The salesman, installers and quality control people are the most kind and professional group of people. Thank you for all you have done.

The two gentlemen who installed the furnace and a/c were only professional and cordal, but were easy to talk to. It was actually a very enlightening experience I worked with machinery. The salesman was very knowledgeable . He explained the different options very well. They came to install my furnace two weeks after the sale which I was happy with. The installers were very respectful. I was impressed with Four Seasons reputation, references and the ads I saw in papers. I know that I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends in the future. My installation was the same day as when the purchase was made. The installers were very pleasant, and respectful to me and my family. The installers Fernando and Curtis were very helpful and explained the operation to me. They both did a very nice job cleaning up when they were done with my furnace. I received information about Four Seasons in my Nicor bill. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. The employee and staff are on time and courteous.

The salesman was very helpful and answered all the additional questions we had. They were able to come out four days later and install my furnace. The installers were very respectful of my home and my family. They laid down cloths to make sure my basement floors and rugs weren’t damaged. They did a great job with my installation. The company is very honest and helpful. I refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

The salesman was so nice and helpful. He explained what was needed , cost and he set the installation up for me immediately. The installers worked very hard to get the job done. They did a good job explaining the operation and placement of the unit.
