Four Seasons accommodated me with having my installation two months after I purchased my unit. The installers were very respectful of my family and my home. The installers made everything clear to me about the operations and thermostat of my new furnace. The two men did a great job with cleaning the are after the installation. I was impressed with the work that was completed. A friend recommended me to Four Seasons and I also saw advertisements in the paper. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

I wanted to take out the time to commend the two technicians who recently installed my Lennox central air conditioner and furnace in my home. It is very rare that I feel compelled to write a letter such as this. In fact I never have. But the service that my son and I received was so outstanding that I felt it deserved to be brought to the attention of the company.
Ruben and Alex arrived within the allotted time, introduced themselves and immediately set about their work. They took care to protect my carpeting and walls, which I greatly appreciate. They were polite when asking questions and responding to our questions with courtesy. They worked for 5 hours and never stopped for any reason.
I am very happy with our new furnace and central air, and if all your technicians are like Ruben and Alex, would recommend your company highly. In fact I have.

Sunday, April 14th, 2013I had a guy by the name of Andy come to my home for a service. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the furnaces that I was interested in. They came out the next day to install my furnace and I was very pleased to see the installers arrive on time. The installers were very respectful of me and my property and made sure they updated me on the installation. Ive used Four Seasons in the past so I wanted to have a company I trust install my furnace. The quality control inspection is a great follow up.

WE HAD AN EMERGENCY SITUATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND THE TECHNICIAN CAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, CONSIDERING THERE WERE OTHER CUSTOMERS ALSO NEEDING HELP. As they installed my systems they explained the operations and functions. I was even explained on how to use the thermostat. They did a good job of cleaning the work area when they were done. The quality and service is the main reason why I chose Four Seasons. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. The experience with Four Seasons has been great.
