The salesman that came out was excellent. He explained how the installation would go, the warranty and he set up an immediate installation. My furnace and air conditioner was installed the next day. The installers were very nice, informative and cleaned up. The installers were excellent in explaining to me about the system. The clean up the two guys did was excellent. I chose Four Seasons because of the best experience, quality of work and the quality of the systems. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.-Carmen D

I have just had the pleasure of doing business with your technician, Sylvester H., and feel compelled to drop you a note to tell you how proud you should be to have him represent your company.

After being told by another technician last week that he could not finds a problem with my furnace, Sylvester came out yesterday and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, ordered the part (which arrived at my door this morning via special messenger) returned and installed the part, thereby correcting the problem and leaving a happy customer. He was a perfect gentleman, very polite and professional, did a great job and left the furnace area spotless. He also did not try to sellme the store, i.e. things that I don’t need.

I have to tell you that over the years I’ve had a couple technicians that I prefer not return to my house for service or cleanings. But after dealing with Sylvester, I will most certainly “stick with Four Seasons“, recommend you to my neighbors and friends and keep you in mind when it’’s time to replace the unit.

The service technician was very knowledgeable. He explained to me that my furnace needed to be shut down and it was unsafe to operate. I felt grateful that my family was safe. They came out the next day and the service man offered to leave us space heaters until my new furnace was installed. The installers were very hard working and easy to talk to. The salesman was very excellent and helpful to me.The response time was excellent they came and installed my unit within 2 hours. The installers explained everything to me and cleaned up my home when they were done with the install. I saw many ads in the paper and decided to choose Four Seasons. The installers did a great job. My salesman Dave K was very knowledgeable. He left everything in writing for me so I could make my decision. It made it easier for  me to compare with other estimates I had from other companies. The installers were very polite,and they even knocked on the door before entering the house from the basement. They explained the operation of the system, and they left the manuel with instructions on the thermostat, air conditioner and furnace. The installers were very through and laid down tarps and cleaned up very well that we didn’t have evidence of them being here.
