Everyone in the field and office were very nice and courteous. They were able to answer all questions and were very detailed. I was very happy to see that the installers arrived on time . I couldn’t wait to have my new air conditioner installed. The installers were very neat and didn’t damage anything in my home. When they were done with everything they cleaned up very well. I can honestly say that I’m satisfied in every way with my purchase and service. Four Seasons and the employees did an excellent job.

The installers were very kind, they asked me questions to make sure I was comfortable with everything. They laid down tarps so they wouldn’t make a mess on my floor.
