The timing from sale to install was excellent. My install was scheduled two hours after the salesman left my home. The two installers were very nice guys and very respectful. They explained the operation of the unit and cleaned when they were done. I chose Four Seasons because my family have used them in the past and I had trust in the company. The service technician was very knowledgeable. He explained to me that my furnace needed to be shut down and it was unsafe to operate. I felt grateful that my family was safe. They came out the next day and the service man offered to leave us space heaters until my new furnace was installed. The installers were very hard working and easy to talk to. I was happy to have them in my home. The installers did a great job cleaning their work area once they were done. I learned about Four Seasons through advertisements. I will recommend Four Seasons to family and friends.

The installers arrived on time and presented themselves in a neat clean appearance. They explained the operation of the unit to me and answered any questions that I had.
