The salesman was very helpful and nice. The high efficiency system was explained to me in great detail. The install was excellent it was done four days after the sale. Tuesday, March 9th, 2010My furnace went out on me Christmas day. I called and the guys were at my home to give me a estimate and hours later my system was installed and my home was warm. The experience was truly amazing. The installers were respectful, and they cleaned the work area perfectly. They explained the operation of the unit and respected me and my property. The timing from sale to install was excellent. My install was scheduled two hours after the salesman left my home. The two installers were very nice guys and very respectful.
