HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL
The service man gave us good advice on replacing the furnace. The service man was at my home to service the furnace at 10:00 am and the installation was done two hours later. The timing from sale to install was excellent. The installers were excellent in explaining the operation of the new system. They cleaned up when they were done with installing the system. I found Four Seasons in a ad in the paper. The service men did a great job. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.-Edward V

The salesman was very efficient and friendly. The installation was done very quickly they came back within two days. The installers were great and very respectful to me and my property. The installers gave a good overall view of the new system that was installed. They cleaned everything when they were done and left everything looking great when they were done. I choose Four Seasons because of the price and how quick they could install the unit. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. My air conditioner was installed the same day four hours later when it was 102′ outside. The installers were very polite and respectful while in my home. I don’t know how they were so nice in all that heat. The installer explained the thermostat, air vent and drain to me before leaving. They left the area they worked in spotless. I was recommended to Four Seasons by a previous customer and friend. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. Walter with the quality control inspection was extremely helpful. He fully explained answers to the questions I had. Everything he said made sense. Four Seasons will be called for my furnace cleaning.

The service technician I had in my home was very helpful. He explained my options in purchasing the new unit. The installation team was very respectful and cleaned up the area before leaving. I chose Four Seasons because of the ads in the paper and the 24 hour emergency service. I cant think of anything that could have been done better. Everything was perfect.-Dave N

The salesman was very knowledgeable. I waited two days for my equipment to be installed. The installers were very respectful of me and my home. The installers explained the operation of the new air conditioner and furnace to me and I understood the operations. They did a job well done with cleaning the work are when they were done. I learned of Four Seasons from a friend. I chose Four Seasons because the size of the company and they are very reliable. I know I will refer them to family and friends. Your employees were very efficient. I worked in customer service for 35 years and I’m good at judgement. The woman and employees over the phone were very helpful.

My salesman Dave K was very knowledgeable. He left everything in writing for me so I could make my decision. It made it easier for me to compare with other estimates I had from other companies. The installers were very polite,and they even knocked on the door before entering the house from the basement. They explained the operation of the system, and they left the manuel with instructions on the thermostat, air conditioner and furnace. The installers were very through and laid down tarps and cleaned up very well that we didn’t have evidence of them being here. I found out about Four Seasons through ads, mailers and different advertisements. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

The installation of my air conditioner was able to take place the day after Toby sold me the unit. The installers were very nice and respectful. They were very quiet and got the job done in a great manner. They explained the operation and placement of the unit very well so that I understood how to operate the system.
