The salesman was fully knowledgeable. They were able to work around my availability and came to install my unit 2 weeks after I purchased it. The installers were very respectful and polite. The installers made the effort and took the time to explain the operation of the unit. I found Four Seasons in the Sun Times and newspaper. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. Everything met all of my expectations.

John asked me many times did I have any questions to make sure I understood the unit I was purchasing. He answered everything with no problem. It took Four Seasons less than 24 hours to come and install my system. The installers did a nice job cleaning my home after they were done working. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. We waited four days to have our unit installed. We could’ve had next day service but we had to have the system ordered. The installers went out of their way not to damage the walls, or furniture. They protected our floors by putting tarps on our carpet. They were very thorough while explaining the operation of the unit. The installers cleaned up very well. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and how fast they responded to our needs. You responded very quickly and everyone was professional. Your sales and installation team were very knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband was very impressed with the two men and the quality of work they completed. We received a great price and warranty. I have already told friends and family about Four Seasons and how happy I have been with my services. The installers were here a lot of hours to install our combo ( furnace, air conditioner ) unit and not once did they complain. They both were very pleasant the entire installation.
