The repairman was prompt and explained the age of the furnace and the cost of repairs. He didn’t pressure me into purchasing a new furnace. The installers came to install the unit four hours after the serviceman left, which I was happy with. They explained the operation of the unit and also cleaned the area they worked in. The timing from sale to install was prompt, on time and excellent. Everyone who came out was very respectful and knowledgeable. The installers cleaned up when they were done installing the unit. They all have been polite, professional and prompt. My system was installed the same day, I couldn’t ask for more. It was a surprise for me that the installers cleaned up after working in my home.
