The timing from sale to install was prompt, on time and excellent. Everyone who came out was very respectful and knowledgeable. The installers cleaned up when they were done installing the unit. The repairman was prompt and explained the age of the furnace and the cost of repairs. He didn’t pressure me into purchasing a new furnace. The installers came to install the unit four hours after the serviceman left, which I was happy with. They explained the operation of the unit and also cleaned the area they worked in.
