CHICAGO, IL
The salesman was excellent, He understood what I wanted. He understood the energy credit and the programs they had available, I signed my contract on a Friday and my installation was done that following Monday. I was very satisfied with the service. The two installers were wonderful. After the installation the installer explained the changing of the filter and how my thermostat worked. They were very neat and cleaned up well. I received three bids on a new unit. Ken the salesman from Four Seasons was the most knowledgeable and the prices were right, I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends. I am very happy with the work performed and the fact that there is a quality control check after the installation.

The salesman was excellent and very courteous to my needs. Everyone I spoke to at Four Seasons was very helpful and polite. The installation took place on the day and time I was told. The installers were very neat and respectful. I’m very satisfied with using Four Seasons. I will for sure do business with Four Seasons again as well as referring family members and friends to the company. I had a great experience from beginning to end.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. My installation was very fast they came the next day. The installers were very respectful of me and my property. The installers explained the functions of my system very well so that I understood before they left. They did a great job cleaning and making sure they picked up parts and screws. I’m very satisfied with the warranty I received with my purchase. I will refer Four Seasons to family and friends.

The personnel at Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning were very nice and responsive to my needs. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful to me and I was glad to have him at my home. The delivery vehicle was nice and clean and the installers arrived on time. They thoroughly explained the operation of the unit and I was happy with the results. I’m very satisfied with the unit I chose and my installation. I will be sure to recommend Four Seasons to family and friends. We had a unique job done and we are happy with the work they performed.

The salesman Dave was very good. He was very good with explaining the products and suggesting the correct product for me. He was a very good educator. Remarkably, the install was done fast, correct and in the same week. The installers were very respectful and cleaned up well. The response time was very fast, salesperson was excellent, and the warranty was great. I am very satisfied with Four Seasons and the service they provided for me.
